First Flight Hardware Stack Requirements
- Nimbus
- Custom Betaflight + ELRS config on your drone of choice (recommended: BETAFPV Air75, buy now)
- Optical Range Finder (MTF-02) + 3D printed MTF-02 case (buy now)
Getting Started

Unbox Nimbus and Attach Antennas
Contents of the package should be Nimbus + USB-C Cable + Lollipop Antenna + Transmitter Antenna
- Attach the Lollipop Antenna and attach it with the appropriate female pin heading
- Grab the Radio Antenna and attach it with the appropriate male pin

Download / Open SDK
Go to GitHub Releases and select your OS.
- Windows: Download the executable and launch it.
- Mac: The first time you open it will need permissions. You need to restart.
- Linux: Download the AppImage and launch it.

Create Account / Login
You will be greeted with a welcome screen. This is to keep track of your agents and community profile.

Connect Nimbus
Connect your Nimbus with the included USB-C cable. If using different USB-C, make sure that it is Data and Power. Some USB-C's are only power.

Flash Drone
Connect your drone to your computer and flash it with the Droneforge firmware.

Bind drone with Nimbus
Unplug and replug your drone 3x times to go into bind mode.

Select/Create Agent
On the left tab you have your agents. Learn to build agents here.
- Go to deploy page. Your agent should automatically load. You should see the telemetry streaming from your drone on the bottom right. Clicking play will deploy your agent.

Connecting to Video Feed
Select the camera matching Nimbus VRX and click Scan to lock onto your drone's frequency.

Enter drone config details
VERY IMPORTANT. Please weigh your drone and put your KV settings. we will take care of all the other customization for you.

Run Agent
Once that is all set up, click play and watch your drone run its mission!
